Can I cancel my booking if it's no longer possible to legally perform an activity?
Our hosts are very fair with their cancellation policies. If you could not have known that this kind of activity you were planning will be forbidden by the BAG you can cancel your booking free of charge on short notice. IMPORTANT: Please check the space details or hit us up on WhatsApp to check the individual policies before booking a space.
Who is responsible for the compliance of the BAG measures in the Robin Room spaces?
You and the host are both responsible to make sure that no rules are broken and the safety measures from the BAG are implemented during your activity.
What happens to my booking if there is another lockdown in Switzerland?
No worries. If there would be another lockdown in your Canton or all over Switzerland you can cancel or rebook you activity free of charge.
What can I do if I feel like a host doesn't stick to the BAG measures?
If you don’t feel safe in one of our spaces make sure you document the condition of the space and send us your report to email@example.com within 48 hours after your booking.
